A Quick, easy peasy workout at home that will get your muscles Toned to the Bone!

Tone to the Bone Exercize

Warm up: Duration:

Skipping 3 mins

Stretch:

- Reach to the sky up on toes (stretch up)

- Touch toes (stretch down)

- Around town (hip rotation)

- Legs open reaching forward, to the side and backwards

- Thigh stretch

- Gluteal stretch

- Arms across chest and then to the back

Workout: Duration:

-Jump squats 10 reps *2

-Calf raises 30 reps *2

-Calf raises bending forward 40 reps *1

-Launch with weights 15 reps *2

-dead lifts 15 reps *3

-Squats 25 reps *2

-Donkey Kicks 15 reps *2

-Hydrant leg rotation 15 reps *2

-Candle stick 10 reps *3

-Leg out 15 reps *3

-Russian twist 15 reps *3

-Hydrant twist 15 reps *3

-Push ups 10 reps *3

Cool down stretch:

- Thigh stretch

- Gluteal stretch

- Hamstring stretch

- Arms across chest and then to the back
