I GOT IT FROM MY MAMA

You think your mom's style is out dated? Well, I'm sorry to say but you're wrong! It's called "tun yuh han and mek fashion" in sweet Jamaican patios, which means to recreate something and make it stylish again. What better way it is to shop sometimes than in your own humble abode... as it never felt FREER. The sad truth is sometimes you have to set your priorities straight and budget on needs... often times those needs exclude shopping for an outfit every time you hit the street. Despite that, you may experience a fashion emergency where a last minute outfit needs to be set for an occasion. For me at least, these situations sometimes sneak up on me, but I never allow them to ruin my look. I always find a re-creation that works. This is what fashion is all about, be your own brand! Here are some styles to list where I mix the 'old' (my mom's wardrobe) with modern (my wardrobe) to create a newer look.
Check the gallery and take notes!
