Be inspired by your favourite cookie and craft it into a scrumptious cupcake! You didn't steal it... you made it yours! It's a piece of cake, just have fun with it and be creative.

Here are two cookie cupcakes of my own. You can apply the same idea to any cookie you want, just choose the batter, a filling and the icing with a cookie on top. Decorate your cookie cupcake how you like it!

Choc Chip Craze

My chocolate chip inspired cupcake.

A chocolate cupcake based with a cookie crumble, and filled with a Hershey chocolate filling.

It's iced with a cream cheese chocolate icing and garnished with a mini chocolate chip cookie.

Yields approx. 24 cupcakes

Oreo chunky junky

My Oreo cookie inspired cupcake!

A chocolate cupcake with Oreo chunks, based with an Oreo cookie,

iced with a cream cheese icing, and garnished with a Oreo crumble with a cookie on top.

With this cupcake you can always find a vanilla cupcake recipe if you're not a chocolate lover.
